About FLASHBACK

We read the game.

FLASHBACK is a CS2 improvement platform. Every match you play becomes analysis, video and a plan: the round replayed on the radar, the mistake shown from the right camera, the fix one click away. Built by two people in Dresden, Germany, because watching your own demos was the most valuable and the most painful part of getting better.

From POVlib to FLASHBACK

The project started as POVlib, a library of professional first-person demos, because pro POVs are the best teaching material Counter-Strike has and they were scattered everywhere. Building the library forced us to build a demo pipeline; the pipeline made real analysis possible; and at that point the mission grew.

Today the same engine that indexes pro matches analyzes yours. The 2D viewer that breaks down a Major round breaks down your FACEIT game. The renderer that cuts pro highlights cuts your clutch, straight from the demo, no recording software involved.

We are deliberately independent: our own pipeline, our own analysis engine, our own renderer. That is what keeps the depth high and the price fair.

What we build

What we believe

Depth should not be a luxury.

The deepest analysis in the market, at a price a student on FACEIT level 4 can pay. Team-analyst tooling belongs to everyone who takes the game seriously.

Show, don’t grade.

A rating tells you that something went wrong. FLASHBACK shows you the round, the camera and the decision, and what to do next time. Evidence over scores.

Built with coaches, tested in matches.

We build alongside working CS2 coaches and their communities, and every feature has to survive contact with real games before it ships.
